LRPOA Membership
To be a member of the Lynn Ranch Property Owners Association one must own property within the boundaries of the unincorporated area of Lynn Ranch, and pay membership dues, which are currently $200.00 per year.
Of the 12 different sections of CC&Rs in The Ranch, only "Lynn One" has mandatory dues. The remaining sections are dues-optional but not CC&Rs optional. Click here for a link to the Tract Map.
Support the LRPOA through your membership!
Your dues help enable community events, improve property values, and increase your quality of life in The Ranch. Primary dues allocations include:
Planting, watering, and maintenance of each of the “Lynn Ranch” entrance monuments
Maintenance and insurance for the 6 miles of bridle trails throughout The Ranch
Funding of social activities, such as the Farmer’s Market, Car Show, Fall Festival and our beloved 4th of July Pancake Breakfast
Hosting and updating the homeowner website lynnranch.org
Upholding CC&Rs through architectural approvals, and mediating neighborhood concerns
Support of Lynn Ranch advocacy with the City of Thousand Oaks and County of Ventura
Printing and postage for communications
Fees for legal guidance and financial projections/studies
General office supplies
