CC&Rs

When Lynn Ranch began development in the late 1950s/early 1960s, custom lots were for sale, and the building of a community began. As the neighborhood was cobbled together, so were twelve different sets of Deeds of Restriction, or CC&Rs (Covenants, Conditions, & Restrictions). In Lynn Ranch, the tract in which your home resides determines which set of CC&Rs will apply. Your specific set of CC&Rs should have been supplied to you by your title insurance company when you purchased your property, but you can also review our copies below.

Although many tracts of Lynn Ranch have an optional obligation to join the LRPOA, all CC&Rs are always mandatory.

While every effort has been made to ensure accuracy and completeness, the CC&R information provided here is not guaranteed, and should not be relied upon as legal documents.

CC&Rs are documents that are archived in the office of the County Recorder of Ventura County, and as such, complete and accurate copies of the recorded CC&Rs with all amendments (if any) are available directly from the County Recorder or from any Title Insurance Company.

NOTES:

  • In 2004, Lynn 9-1, Lynn 9-2, Lynn 9-2a, and Lynn 11 all voted to abandon their individual CC&Rs and roll into Lynn 1, subject to Lynn 1 CC&Rs.

  • Lynn 2, Lynn 7 and Lynn 10 voted to terminate their CC&Rs and not replace them.
